Available in the main areas. To keep it working well, close doors and windows while it is on, and turn it off when you leave the apartment.
High-speed wifi
A stable connection for remote work and streaming. The network name and password are provided at registration. This usually does not happen, but if the connection drops, restart wifi on your device; if it still fails, contact us right away on WhatsApp.

One in the living room and one in the bedroom. They have cable TV with national and international channels, plus internet access so you can sign in with your own streaming platforms. Remember to log out before checkout.

Equipped kitchen
Refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, dishware, coffee maker, glasses, and basic kitchen utensils.
Hot water
In the shower and sinks in both bathrooms. You will receive instructions to turn on the hot water before adjusting any technical controls.
Washer
In the in-unit laundry area. Use a moderate amount of detergent, do not overload the drum, and remove clothes as soon as the cycle finishes. Check the operating instructions.

Full sets of clean bed sheets, towels for registered guests, bath soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. If anyone needs blankets, they are available.

Beach access
Just two blocks from the sea and the main El Rodadero boardwalk. Remember that when you return, you must rinse the sand off in the area outside the building entrance.
